As for the HD part, well all of these ensure a high quality export, for the HD option to come out and all, that will require some extra stuff using video editing software, which I'm not all too familiar with. Don't know if any of that was what you were looking for but I figured if It could help then it will.

I second Swivel. Even if you pay for one, it won't be better than swivel. Its also completely free!

Newgrounds uses Swivel and so far every artist that has used it has praised it for being easy and problem free.
