I have to Agree with Eammy in all points but one. The Arms.
Eammy, its the nature of these types of flashes for the characters to not have arms. Look at Krinkels and the whole Madness line of flashes, no arms whatsoever.

I have some other comments on her appearance, though:
Her gloves should have longer claws; right now, they don't look very dangerous.
Also, what happened to Askad's goggles? Thin wire frames don't look like they could transmit electrical signals, which we already know the goggles are able to do. Plus, the thin lines look out of place here.
